the think is that i made these texture pack using another texture pack textures , editing it's textures or crreating new ones with photoshop and i can't uploaded it, but maybe if i ask to the owners, do you think that these is possible?

Just ask the owners. They should be supportive. I know there are a lot of variations of doku and the doku team has been really supportive of fan based packs
