This is a mobile base system that has been taken over by renegades, intelligence suggest that the following (crude) modifications have been done...

• Modified cannon (shortened), with a makeshift muzzle break fastened to the end.
  
• Removed communications in favor for a salvaged "Saturn Missile Battery".
  
• Inner hull has been stripped to accommodate ammunition : POTENTIAL WEAK SPOT!
  
• Makeshift added armor.
  
• A makeshift dozerblade.
  
• The external, and internal hull has been desecrated by banners, and rebellious flags.
  
• Much of the armor is damaged, and in some areas very thin : POTENTIAL WEAK SPOT!
