This home is located north of the Northvale Hydroelectric Dam and situated along the east shores of the Northvale Reservoir. Despite it's somewhat isolated location the home is fully equipped for year round living. The log house itself is two floors plus a fully finished basement.

The main floor contains the kitchen, living room with large windows for a lake view, the dining room, study, and a bathroom, along with access to the main deck. The second floor contains an overlook of the living room as well as the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The basement contains an additional two bedrooms, the rec room, a half bath, a sauna, and the utility/laundry room.

Also located on the same property is a two car garage, large fire pit with sitting area, and the boathouse. The boathouses main floor has room for two boats inside and room for outside underneath the upper floors deck. The second floor contains a sitting area which can double as an additional bedroom, a small kitchen space, and a bathroom.
