By 2140, the NRU had established themselves as the dominant power in the "lower" sections of the Milky-Way, the dockyards of New Orleans and Mars producing exquisite star ships for the expanding nation.
However, the carrier, one of the most vital ships of any navy, had yet to be developed for space. And so, the engineers of the newly built dockyards in the asteroid belt set to work creating the best ship they could with the already stretched and limited war budget.
