Hi there.
This is a city HEAVILY based on New York City and NOT built in 1:1 scale. For now I only finished Mid- and Downtown Manhattan (I called it Algonquin, like it's called in Grand Theft Auto 4, where I also got the city name from). There will be updates in the future
