A new Dark Lord (you) can summon again the tribes of orcs and lead them to redominate M.E. for his own.
#as an Evil player: You have to count on your allies Dunlendings&Rhudaur Hillmen and Easterlings before you are ready to summon your orcs.In your first steps as Dark Lord you should defend your homeland while you are preparing your legions for battle.
#as a Good player:you can choose Gondor,Remmants of Dunedain or Dale and defeat your enemies for good.You can even reunite the two kingdoms of Arnor and Gondor.!
Do not trust the dwarves...greedy and selfish as they are, they see their culture's decline and their population shrinking.
It could be wise to take the last ship from Grey Havens and ask for aid from Elves, they may accept your offer.
