Just revamped the map with a bunch of new things.

It is a relatively small map, but it has a good story. It has good puzzles and many hidden chests for you to find along the way to help you on your adventure. It may not be the best adventure map you have played, but it's my first one and I did it all by myself, so cut me some slack. The adventure is about you a person, (people if playing multiplayer) in 1749, who is trying to sail across the Atlantic from Spain to one of the 13 colonies in such a small boat. About half way in on your voyage, a storm hits and everything goes wrong, and that is where you take off on your adventure. Enjoy and give me your opinion if you liked it or not. This is my first adventure map so tell me what you really think so i can use that information for my next one. Oh and give me a diamond while ur at it!

Rules
1. No breaking blocks except for clay, or unless told otherwise.
2. Play on at least easy difficulty.
3. No crafting with the diamonds that you get from hidden chests. Those are for your score.
4. No use of x-ray, fly, or any other mods that are considered cheating.

The following are the notes you will have to read along your adventure. Please, for your own good do not read ahead, and only come to this page to read a note when it says "Read Note (note #)." Thank you.

Note 1
The year is 1749 and you are trying to be the first person (people) to cross the Atlantic from Spain to the 13 colonies in such a small boat. About half way in on your voyage, a storm hits. You fight through the night to keep the water out of your boat. The storm passes by morning, and surprisingly your boat is still afloat and intact. You are so exhausted, so you decide to get some shut eye. When you wake up several hours later, you are startled by a huge ship right in front of you. You yell for help, but you hear no reply. There is no way up on your side, but maybe there is on the other.

Note 2
The large ship is strangely deserted. There is no soul in sight. I hope they won't mind if i take some of their supplies.

Note 3
After I gather some supplies, i should go to that island over there to explore. You glance down toward your compass to see what direction the island is, and see something bizarre. Your compass is spinning out of control. You now realize that if you don't find help soon, you could be in big trouble.

I will need to patch up this hole if i want to explore this ship longer.

Hmm... there are some graves here. I wonder if there is civilization on that coastline.

Note 6
As you walk into town, you notice that everyone is wearing dirty clothes and they don't seem to have the technology you do back home. They seem to only use fires to cook, and they carry swords, not guns. Their clothing looks like it is from the Middle Ages, and same goes with their armor and buildings. Everyone is looking at you in a very strange manner. Look around for supplies in the town.

Note 7: Vince
Hello, Wait a sec... You don't look like you are from around here. Where do you come from and what is your name. You tell him you came from Spain in a small boat, and that a storm got you lost, so you came here for help. You also mention the front gate sign to the village and that it is wrong because it says 1398-1492. You tell him the year is 1749. He thinks you are delusional, and makes you lay down, but you then convince him you aren't delusional. He then says that there has been talk of time travel around these parts. He says the man who would know the most lives up on the hill in that tower. But he only comes out once a year to hunt and gather food. The only way to get to him would be to wait 10 more months, or... there is one other possibility, but it is very dangerous. You could try to find the keys to his house. You accept the challenge. Then he tells you that there are 4 tasks, one for each key. Luckily someone has been able to do the first task, but died on the second. He left the key with me to hold on to. Here take it he says. He then says that the second task is located on the coast line. Go to the coast and follow it to the right until you find the test. The third is on the coast as well. It is to the left though not the right. And the fourth and final test is to the right of my house as you face the front door. Just go over that little hill and you won't miss it. Oh, and i forgot to mention that about a fourth of the town works for the man up on the hill. They communicate using notes, and never actually see him, but they don't complain because he has a very large sum of gold and pays them very well. The work in his mine, but lately many of them have not been coming back up. People are beginning to worry, so if you make it to his house, ask him about all those people. And good luck!

Note 8: Old Man
How did you get in here, oh i see you used the keys. Wait what! How did you get those! You then tell him your whole story and that you need his help. He then says I will send you forward in time. Just last week i sent someone forward in time. They haven't come back yet, so i guess it worked. But time travel is not free you know. You tell him you have no money. Then he says you must do some of my dirty work. First you must get rid of these 8 legged beasts down in my mine. Many have tried to kill them all off and destroy their nests, but they have all failed. With them gone, my miners would be able to get down to the really good stuff. You will need some supplies on your way so take these. Oh and the mine is located to the left of my house as you face the entrance. It is under the large overhang bridge, made of stone and dirt. Note 9: old Man
In a suspicious voice he says oh! um well how um good job! I didn't think you would make it out, and way to get past that cave-in. You ask him how he knew about that, and if he had anything to do with it. He says well, I'm a very honest man so... yeah i had to cause it, so you would stay down there and kill as many off as you could. Well now that that is done with, I have one more small task for you to do. Here take this key to get into my basement Once you are there i need you to get rid of all the horrible creatures down there for me so i can unlock that door and not be afraid at night.

Note 10: Old Man
Thank you very much. I don't think I have anything else for you to do except go through my time machine. Now to begin meet me on my roof.

Note 11: Old Man
Hmm... I'm missing a few ingredients. I will need a piece of flint. You can find a piece by using this shovel to break some gravel. The gravel is along the beach. If you go to the left, past the third test you shouldn't miss it. The iron will be out on the island. Dig under all the trees with the shovel to find my treasure chest, but don't take it all just the iron. Once you have them both, meet me on the right side of the church.

Note 12: Old Man
Oh no! someone has taken one of the precious purple stones needed for time travel. lucky for us I know where a spare is. I don't know the way by heart so i will need a book. The very book the fell out my window a few days ago. Once you have the book read note 13.

Note 13: Old Man
Oh good you found it. Oh yes. now i remember where it is. Go to the shore, go left, then go past the third test, and past where you got the flint and go down the ladder in the small building to retrieve the stone. Once you have the stone, place it in the missing spot below the church. After that read note 14.

Note 14: Old Man
Hurry jump through the portal. Oh wait you need to activate it. Make some flint and steel and ignite the portal. Jump through quick, for you will have only a few seconds time after you ignite it.

Note 15
You go through the portal and wake up on a small boat.You were sure all that wasn't just a dream. Then you see another man(men if playing multiplayer) on your boat. You realize something went wrong when he stands up and points his gun at you and then just stares at you for awhile like he is seeing doubles. You have now both figured out that you are identical and are the same person.
Thank you for playing, I will try to get the next adventure map up as soon as I can. It will start off where this one ended.
