I finished the facade. It's nice to do smaller projects with limited goals for a change :-) Now the only question is:
Should I do more of The Louvre?
It has been done before of course but that only means I'd need to do it better ;)
Newer Minecraft has bigger biomes and more blocks, but mod support and game performance are still big ? so I'm still using 1.2.5.

Added moat, fixed the triangle (whatever it is called), tweaked this and that. Should be pretty close to finished now.
