The Lucky 38 is the famous casino in Fallout New Vegas.

To travel to the other floors you must walk through the elevator picture.

For the texure pack i used:
- Last Days for the GUI (www.minecraftmine.org/last-days-texture-pack/)
- KDS Photo Realism for the basics (www.minecraftforum.net/topic/746466-256x128x64x32x147-kds-photo-realism-updated-to-147-500k-downloads/)
