At last it s ready!. For now this is my latest and most lovely project. Modern Luxury House + Yacht - building made in best combinations of colors and materials. Fully furnished, high ceilings 3 floors, there is even cinema there)) So i hope you enjoy it!!

I'm playing without any mods) And if u want to use any mod, please change the construction by yourself, I've done the basic version, and u are free to rebuild it)
