This is a Luxury soviet apartment buliding located in Vladivostok Russia. seems like Grand Sttalinist archtecture, so most likely built between 1930- 1958 but i'm not 100% sure. came across this building on google maps and i really liked it.

exposed glowstone, get creative and hide them like under carpet and make double wide floors

yeah I do that with some buildings, like offices but in case they are ceiling lamps, ment to be exposed
