What are you supposed to use to open the schematic? I don't have any Microsoft programs (like Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)

No, the world is over 10gb and contains creation from multiple people. Just install yourself WorldEdit, there's both a singleplayer and multiplayer version and with it you can import schematics.

You don't seem to understand the asian city has a backstory and is a finished project. The guards towers aren't just for show.

The only thing we can pretend is that the asian city is a district within a bigger city.

Why not? Just like in real life there's cities within cities (chinatown, etc.)

Also, this being within the spawn protection I believe we should use most of it.
