===Blake is back, and the project is now on, again!===
As some of you may have already known; WTFBlake started out nearly a year ago, on a mission to create a playable map of America. Due to the way he created it, it was taken off of PMC, along with Lentebriesje's AMAZING world re-creation maps. These maps are one-of-a-kind in detail, persistence, and dedication, and seeing them taken down was not only a heartbreak to them, but a major blow to the community that watched them grow. If only they had been made from scratch, ey?
To all PMC mods: I'm fairly certain that I do not need to show any proof of "posting permission" or anything of the sort, as I am a part of this project, but I do have a reasonable amount, should you want a confirmation; the main being that the only map of our current progress is in my server files.
The America Map is a creation made from a program called World Painter. It was rendered using a grey-scale height-map produced by NASA. The world was painstakingly detailed by hand and detailed out with pickaxe and shovel work by a dedicated server team. The map is in a league of its own with detailed flowing rivers, randomized resources, and hand painted biomes that all function as they are supposed to.
Enjoy the hand made Natural wonders including: The Grand Canyon, Devils Tower, Ol' Faithful, The Utah Salt Flats, Monument Valley and more. Though there may be other maps like this one, none measure up to the size, detail, and functionality of WTFblake's (IGN: ThunderKlapp) America Map.o

The map can be seen on our Dynmap, and visitors are welcome to come on the server to explore the map, in creative. Only project members will be able to build, so those of you who think you're going to try to grieff can think again. ;P
