This town is, like my Castle Estel project "hand" made by the two builders; Hypertraxx & Turbotraxx. It's not finished, I wonder if I ever finish it. There is no end planned for now, we started with this map about 15 months ago, BUT big but, we don't build every day, week or even month. You can watch me build on Twitch.tv/hypertraxx3000

Yes we have a shops, a mall actually, a working one. And many more things that you mentioned, thanks for making such nice and big list! We're currently moving the houses to a new (by us custom made) world, which *COULD* be nicer, we're not sure yet so we'll keep both worlds.
There are in some houses redstone doorbells, (users actually live in those houses so depends per house/person). When the map is finished, this will be a free for all--fair use map, meaning that everyone may download, use, modify the map for offline and online purposes, everyone is eligible to make videos of it and last but not least no NEED to mention me. If there is a big interest for the map I'll make an extra map with all buildings in there, but easy to copy. All houses have unique interiors chosen by our server players.
