There are the schematic and the world save for my tutorial How to build a beautiful medieval house
In the schematic there is one house: it looks better with the texture pack JohnSmith Legacy (I've used it when was creating the house in the tutorial), but there are no item frames and paintings.
In the world save there are two houses: one for the texture pack JohnSmith Legacy and the second looks better with the default texture pack.
