The PVP Arena was handbuilt in survival by 88_MPH (all resources where gathered in survival, the server has nothing spawned in!) - a dedicated member on the whitelisted Totally Vanilla Experience semi-vanilla server with over 100,000 minutes played on the server! He's kind enough to allow me to post this masterpiece online with a downloadable schematic file.
