This is a great ship i hope that you don't mind but we used it as a spawn on our server. We did added some signs on the ship that say that you where the builder.

It could be Late Medieval, as cannons were invented circa 1326, and most people agree that the medieval time period ended circa 1500.

Many of the late medieval ships did use cannons, as you say. It is the hull and rig that are not medieval.
