You can view the map here; special thanks to the site administrator Nathangorr over at MinecraftWorldMaps for rendering this himself while the site is down!

I've been working on this city off and on for about three years now. I have no real end goal; I simply like to build in my free time and thought it would be fun to post it and get feedback from my fellow Crafters. I call it Mine County because I wanted to build more than just a city. So far it includes an international airport and cargo hub, commercial docks, a nuclear power facility, a water treatment plant, a central hospital, as well various city structures including stadiums and large buildings. Please feel free to leave comments or suggestions if there is something you would like to see whether it be a new addition or a change to existing structures. Thanks and enjoy!

Designs by Lord Dakr including:
Airbus A380, Lockheed L1011 TriStar, McDonnell Douglas MD-11, MH-53 Pave Low, AH-1Z Viper, C-17 Globemaster III, C-5 Galaxy, B2 Spirit, SR-71 Blackbird, AN-225 Myria, Armidale-Class Patrol Vessel (Yacht Variant), SSN-21 USS Seawolf, Apollo Container Ship, and Type 42 Sheffield Class Destroyer.
You can check out the tutorials for these builds and more over at his channel.

Designs by Jagthunder1 incuding:
CVN-78 USS Gerald R. Ford, LPD-21 USS New York, and LHD-1 USS Wasp.
You can check out the tutorials for these builds and more over at his channel.

New Builds: Improved Shipyard + Construction Equipment Yard + Grocery Store : 09/16/2018 3:28:37 pmSep 16th

Once again, I bring to you a selection of my scatterbrained builds. My main undertaking at the moment is redoing the naval base/shipyard. I just found four massive gantry cranes to be excessive and detract from the awesomeness of their size. So, I've reduced it down to one even larger gantry crane based off of Big Blue from the Newport News (Northrop Grumman) Shipyard in Norfolk, Virginia. It has two large portal cranes to support smaller operations within the drydock, which is large enough to fit a supercarrier. In addition to the crane, I've already added a sub-base for two Seawolf-class nuclear attacked submarines. Ancillary buildings will be added to the shipyard to fill out the space, such as the assembly building located behind the drydock. I also plan to add a site office, warehouse, barracks, munitions depot, and numerous roads and railways throughout this area to really bring it to life. I'm also considering a coastguard station with a hanger for helicopters to the north of the rest of the base.

As a side project, I built a small construction equipment rental yard in the industrial area near the airport. I wanted to have somewhere to plop some cool vehicles in the world that I've wanted to include for a long time, but didn't have the appropriate setting for. I've also added in a grocery store to the residential area I've been working on as it's been sitting in my free build world waiting for a home in Mine County.

Thanks and enjoy!

Ahaha I would have to agree with you, but these buildings are meant to be low-income apartments and are based off of actual buildings. I'll probably leave them as that was the look I was going for, but thank you for the input!

You can do what you like with the map, as long as it is not for commercial purposes and you give me credit for my work. Thanks for asking!
Hey this is incredible,im very impressed.
I'm making a server about city and superheroes and villains,i just wanted to know if i can use this map in my server? because its perfect just like i want it.Its not so messy and people can clearly understand what every build is,Some other people that make City, neighborhood or even massive country its always messy and laggy but yours its so good, keep going. You are so succesful :)
yo i got some naval ships and military aircrafts on my youtube channel if you wanna use them on your server man
I'm very impressed. The are two things I love the most which are Nathan Phillips Square and The Airport. I just like minecraft airports (and westjet) and I am a Toronto native so its great to see city hall. The one problem I have is the target. Target no longer exists in Canada but otherwise, I like the McDonalds because looks like one at Grant Park shopping center in Winnipeg
Here is the link to his website m.youtube.com/watch?v=tCx_NgvK9ho
Hi could you add villager driving cars, by using the command block command made by Gshn28, it would be the awesomiest city after if there where police officer, villager cars, ariplane. Plz add it soon.
Bro can you tell me how to use your map in minecraft please tell me bro

You can download the map from the MediaFire link above, or from here. You'll need to have Winrar or another similar program to unzip the file and add it to your 'saves' folder in your Minecraft data. Hope that helps!
You're a genius. I love it. I'm just now starting on my own giant project. I'm shooting for as much realism and detail as possible. You've definitely inspired me!

Ah, if you're talking about the same thing I am, I have an older build that you can see images from here. I just added some extra screenshots because the original upload was back when this building was on its own, while now the area around it has filled out significantly. It's be no means overly detailed; I still need to add areas behind the stage and finish the lobby, but the main concert hall is there. If you download the map, its at roughly X: 1230 and Z: -80.
have you added a subway system? if not you should add one.

I've got subway cars and stations all made up and as schematic files, it's just a matter of me actually laying the track throughout the map. I've been meaning to do it for a while but I get distracted very easily!

haha Thank you, and Im still building! The best thing I see about your city is that you have given yourself a lot of space and I realized many times that you can never have to much space haha
I know what you could call the power plant: Fort Tandor.

Note that in America, at least, this could work.

I'm just suggesting my best idea.

Also, great work so far! I can't wait for it to become more complete!

Lol yeah it's hard to find images let alone good Minecraft builds of the BIG design; everyone has the old one. That being said I've seen some models that were very well done! Love the early 1900 era buildings you've got going on, very inspiring! I hope one day I'll be able to make builds like that!

General question: would people like it if I uploaded new buildings in separate posts with schematic files, or should I continue simply posting updates here? If people want separate posts, nothing will change on this end in terms of posts and updates, I will simply be doing the separate posts as extra content so people can more easily access the structures that they want, similar to my house and bridge posts.

First of all: your city looks fantastic, e.g. the Rogers Centre and the Nathan Philips Square are a joy to view.

Regarding your question - personally I'd rather prefer to see updates of this project as It would show the progress of how your city grows. But long therm projects are rare and probably a thankless job. After all there's only one diamond to give to a project, no matter how wonderful it becomes over time. Therefore it would probably earn you more attention and more diamonds to post your buildings seperately. Also with this building quality it won't take you a long time to find some subs who will ask you for downloads. By posting seperately and providing schematics you could make some kids happy.

But why not do both - keeping us up to date about the growth of your city by posting picts and renders and releasing your your best city constructions with downloads.

Thanks for the feedback! I agree with all your points, so I'll probably begin to follow a system whereby this stays just as up to date as ever while simultaneously uploading specific builds. Thanks for all your help!

Okay, so here goes:
1. Bank of China tower, Hong Kong
2. International Financial Center, Hong Kong, China
3. Kingdom Tower, Jeddah, UAE

Note: Number 1 has a really complex shape. Number 3 is very tall.

Alright, I'm almost done with the Bank of China tower and I'll be uploading it here soon. I'll probably finish another building I'm working on and then move on to the International Financial Center. As for the Kingdom Tower, I don't think I'll be able to add it just because of the sheer size and scaling of the building which would not fit the city! Thanks for the suggestions, those are some really neat buildings!
