Yes it is. if you are at the main ship/ looking forward the same direction as the ship, it should be to your left just keep heading left and eventually you'll get to the battle scene, as seen in the video. :D

You should build a Dutch Ship, like a they call it; Spiegel Retour schip. and than one of their biggest; The Batavia.
