Today we present with you a Minecraft fantasy castle (with a realistic twist).
The castle is based off of a Fairytale Castle in Guizhou, China. Although we don't have much experience with Castles in Minecraft, we just had to do one. So, here's our pick.
This Terrain behind the build was made using a real topography map from the area that this castle was built (in Guizhou, China). We then changed the Terrain to look more prominent and realistic. Finally, we detailed the cliffs, and then took on the massive task of planning and building the Castle in its entirety. The main builders on the map were Adam (Castle Exterior), FunZ (Planning and Certain Detailing), and another member who was removed from the team.
The Minecraft Cinematic, made by Adam, was a compilation of Camera Tracks using the ReplayMod, as well as actual ingame footage flying at 0.1 speed, sped up to create a cinematic feel.
