Make sure you don't unzip? the file before you put it in your Texture pack file, Now Go to your start menu write in search %appdata% you will see ROAMING press to open you will see Minecraft open Minecraft go to Texture pack file then open the Texture pack file insert the download in it. Now go to the Minecraft game as normal to play you should see the textures my texture pack as well,Press on it,Then done,Play your game as normal you will be using my texture pack,Hope this helped : )
