The main suit is just leather armor dyed black. The head is 
replaceitem entity @p slot.armor.head skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:MHF_Enderman}
You can see the commands if you go outside wool world

Thanks was going to add rueben and jesse but then dan showed it so I blasted them into dust with my bow. Oh and if you want to have some fun spawn a skeleton or a snowman. Snowmen are now deadly but won't destroy your world.
