There is not much to explain anyway. But here are some facts you should know:
The mob tower is pruned from the flat-grass map and is moved to another world that's not flat.
The whole tower is 20 blocks wide, 20 blocks tall, and 20 blocks long.(Thats before adding grinders+canals)
All floors have two block high celings, so no endermen will spawn in this tower.(Its been tested and proved!)
The whole tower resides in a 8x8 chunk, and glass is placed so no monsters spawn nearby or on top of the tower.
Contains 10 large chests, one small house for night, and a small lava disposal system.

Enderemen need a 3 high block ceiling area to spawn in, since endermen are 3 blocks high, they cant spawn in 2 block high rooms, only other monsters can.
Did you know that spiders could spawn in 1 block high rooms?
