Please do not visit anywhere but Planet Minecraft for this map, this is the only place I have uploaded it.
This is my ongoing amateur Minecraft mini-city project, the city of Paxton! This is a fictional city map built on a flat grass world with a scale of 1:15, each block being an approximate 15 cubic meters. Originally inspired from the SimCity series, the small scale of Paxton became a way to place a similar emphasis on the larger city rather than focusing too much on the individual buildings. Because of its small scale, Paxton spans several kilometers with many unique North American inspired urban environments, including the downtown core, beachside towns, a university area and oldtown, a not-so-properly-scaled airport, a seaport and industry center, and many sprawling suburbs. I don’t have much of an end goal in mind and love working on this map, so expect slow but steady progress :)
Some notes:
- A few buildings around the city were done by a friend of mine (turtlelover3526), including help with the tallest tower
- The giant "T" stands for Talmen, the name for the downtown area
- The hills and rivers were manually added, the ocean was not
- The best map of the city can be found inside the black and white stadium near the downtown
- Since I started building this like 6 years ago, some of the older areas don't look nearly as good as the newer ones
- There are some underground command blocks with redstone clocks for flashing lights around the city
- For reference, the city's tallest tower is close to the height of Sears Tower in Chicago
- Don't mind the village to the north

Lots of expansion and some major redesigns. Highways have been laid out to the west, along with the start of a new (appropriately sized) airport. Some of the new buildings include a large mall, a city center near the northern lake, and an industrial park in the northwest. Multiple areas have also been almost completely redone, including the casino strip, most of the industrial areas, and the western river-ports. Additionally, the metro system now connects to the big island in the middle of the river and the urban area just south of it via a tunnel. The metro is also planned to eventually connect to the new airport.

I play on Bedrock though, so I was wondering if you were planning on porting it to Bedrock. It's okay if you can't, because I know it is probably hard, but I would love it if you did.
