Hey guys!
Here is a new house for everyone! This is the SunnySide House, that I've built in SinglePlayer for the Gnub's Island World Save. Contrary to my Beach House, this home features much more detailing and a more "complex" design. The name was suggested by my friend Mat, who also provided a rendered picture of the house using Cinema 4D (coming soon).
I really recommend downloading the world save, because it feature more exterior work that I have done and really adds to the project as a whole. Now for the project itself :)
This is a larger home, which features a garage and basement, 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms. The house also has a small office area and 3 living areas; one on each floor. The main living spaces are separated horizontally, using the full potential of space. The large kitchen also has a small work space as well.
On the exterior, a deck holds an outdoor living area and a small barbecue. In the home's world save, the deck extends over the water. Landscaping elements have also been added, as well as a nice walkway leading to the home.
