Take the Bulgarian approach! :P I know these buildings look bad now, as they were painted and rebuilt to the owners' taste, but once were decorated, and they all even had the same curtains, and after this you can have a choice. Diamond!

I understand you... I live in the same type of block... and... ye. I hate it how it looks from the outside. Once they had machined steel decorations on the panels, representing ships, aircraft, St. Georgi on his horse, etc. (All bulgarian motifs of the time 1962-99). But then, control was loosened and the result is a fugly building, which looks BAD. Before that, though, they were beautifully decorated. :P And also, building a similar thing was a real challenge for me. How about you?
