This is a house I built on Ocean Oasis, and really fell in love with the design. Therefore, I'm uploading it as a standalone with a schematic for you all to use.
As I use many item frames and un-copy-able items within my interior designs, the interior is not designed and you are free to use the framework of the house for your own (non-profit) projects/etc.
