So here we have a slightly more ambitious incarnation of my Modern Home Series.
Designed with a little more flair than normally.

It's completed, but I marked it 95%, because I wasn't entirely happy with my interior floor plan. Perhaps you guys, can improve upon it. ;-)

This is a 1.4.5 World Save, and is right next to a village.
