This is a modern house with a mini sand balcony and has a nice surrounding.
I'm not the best builder so it is not perfect but I tried to decorate it 360º.
Feel free to decorate the house in any way you want and maybe even expand it.
The shader pack I used in the screenshot was Slidur's Enhanced Default.
BTW: at level 16 I will try to release a better Quality parkour compared to Ultimate Parkour
map as quickly as I can.
