"Third party texture packs BUT it's important to keep in mind that others, including judges, will not have your texture pack. You're safest bet is to stick with the default pack or faithful texture packs. Using an extreme texture pack may hurt your chances of winning."

You MAY use it for building but it will be looked at with the judges in the normal TP.
