I was lacking ideas of what to build so I decided to make another modern house and continue the modern house series. With this build, I really didn't have any idea of what the house was going to look like when I started so I just placed some blocks and went along. Overall I would say the finished result is a cozy house. Unlike the other 2 houses, this one was built in regular terrain. The house is in a T shape and on a little cliff so it has some different elevations.

Inside are 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, TV area, kitchen, dining area, formal dining room and small library room. There is also a little door that leads to a cave system so if you wanted to, this house would work as a survival house. I also placed to snowmen and paths around the area to just add to the snowy feel.

The first house in the screenshots above reminds me of Fallingwater by Frank Lloyd Wright. Absolutely beautiful!!

I'm actually not completely sure, I think the original creator stopped working on it a while back and some of the "fans" took over it, hence the name Soartex Fanver.
