Modern Mansion - my entry for DreamWanderer Neighbour jam
Other interesting features include a Ferrari 812 parked in the motorcourt; a Mclaren 720s in the garage, both design by AutoBlockWheels and adapted by myself; still in the garage a Lamborghini aventador and a Land Rover in the driveway by NewFreedomMC, again adapted my myself; then a Mclaren Senna GTR by JustEww in the garage and a lawnmower by DreamWanderer in the shed.
Dimensions:
This is a big project, the whole built area including road,powerlines and terraforming is around 350 by 300 blocks, while the house itself covers an area of roughly 80 by 80 blocks.

This modern mansion, nessled in a forest, is the perfect retreat for those who value their privacy. The house features 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on the main level, plus an additional bedroom for staff/security along with two more bathrooms in the lower level. For those who love supercars this house offers a 4 car garage plus 3 more parking spaces right in front of the main entrance. In case you got bored of staying indoor there's plenty more to explore outside...
The build has been made for DreamWanderer's Neighborhood jam, as for the rules I built over the provided base map so every structure built over the original map has been made by me in approximately 1,5:1 scale. The only exception are a couple vehicles I placed for decoration, all credits and video/pmclinks are listed below.
The complex is divided into three parts: the front lawn, the house itself and the private garden. Below, a detailed description of each one.
House
Being the main focus of the lot it is positioned right in between the front lawn and the private garden so one can easily reach both areas. The house is split among two levels, the lower one is partially sunken underground while the much larger upper level consists of a central block with two wings, east and west. The central block and much of the east wing are dedicated to the communal spaces, it's here that you can find a formal living room and a family room/bar lounge; obviously there is also a kitchen complete with a double island layout; right next to it one can find the dining room; additionaly a butler's kitchen and a laundry/mud room conveniently placed next to the entry foyer; if you want to have some fun there is also a games room. Other features include a lift and a staircase that both lead to the lower level, along with two dayheads. The master suite features a full bathroom and a closet along with a small wet bar. The other bedrooms all feature full bathrooms and a balcony, three of them also offer a small closet space with one bedroom being a bit larger and offering direct access to the garden. the smaller bedroom is the closest to the living areas and can be easily converted into an office or library.
The lower level as said before features an additional bedroom for staff or guests and a gym with sauna, both complete with full bathrooms; additionally one can find a large home cinema and the garage.
Front lawn
Situated between the road and the house, the lawn guarantees both privacy and security to the residents whilst offering a large surface area for gatherings, footbal/soccer or even landing helicopters. Large trees are scattered around the perimeter to enhance privacy and create a more private space for the residents. To connect the house to the road a long driveway climbs the genle slope of the lawn while being discretely on the side to not break the continuity of the grass. On the north side, hiddend among the trees, there is a small shed to offers some space for storing maintenance and gardening equipment, it is also connected to the main driveway. On the south side a lifesize chess board pattern is nestled in the trees to add another funny feature to the property, a pathway connects the chess board to both the house and the private garden passing through the trees. A fence stretches along the entire perimeter of the lot and offers a single entry point with a gate and letterbox.
Private garden
Placed south of the house the private garden is hidden from ousiders, therefore it's here that most of the ammenities are located; notably the large pool, paired with a small poolhouse it offers endless entertainment opportunities with its lounge, kitchen, bar and bathroom whilst housing the technical equipment needed for managing the pool. Around the pool one can find sunbeds, benches, gazebos and even two diving board, climbing a small set of stairs leads you to the upper garden, a carefully landscaped area complete with a fish pond, flowers, hidden benches and also a small playground. Behind the house there is also a small tennis court with a small viewing terrace for some friends to watch your swings. Furthermore the house wraps around a carefully cut grass lawn featuring an outdoor dining area complete with BBQ setup and a big olive tree which can be seen from almost every room, making it a fantastic natural centerpiece for the house.

All the trees beside those already present in the original map are custom made by myself.
