Founded by Dr. Robert Ford in 1840, the Monroe City Police Department serves and protects the tri-city area of Monroe, Soleone and Palma within the State of Belvedere. With it's signature cyan colored cars and logo, the force operates out of multiple stations, with it's headquarters being here in Palma. This modern building finished construction in late 2014, becoming operational a few months later in April of 2015. The state of the art facilities include a complete custody suite, gym, media pen and offices for all the cities necessary police departments, such as emergency response and the Criminal Investigation Department. The building also has a 24 hour public enquiry desk.

The exterior of this build draws inspiration from the Sarasota Police Department Headquarters in Southwest Florida. The interior is based on years of experience in real life police stations from around the world, though with a more modern approach than usually implemented.
