This is the Munificent-class star frigate from the Star Wars revenge of the sith - Star Wars the clone wars.

The Munificent-class star frigate was the backbone of the CIS navy. Originally designed and used for the intergalactic banking clan it served in the clone wars in the CIS fleet after the after the clan joined the confederation. During the war this ship was deployed in large numbers and proved to be a very important asset in multiple battles.
Armament:

• 2x Prowl-mounted heavy turbolaser cannons
  
• 2x heavy ion cannons
• 26x twin light turbolasers
• 20x light turbolaser turrets
• 12x medium flak cannons
• 40x twin light turbolaser turrets
• Ordnance launcher

The only flaw of this ship is the absance of a hangar present only in some modified models. In order to unload the 150.000 battle droid on board it was necessary to use a C-9979 landing craft.
