This is my first post to Planet Minecraft, so hopefully this all works well and looks good!
This is my Minecraft adaptation of CalMac's MV Lord of the Isles as part of my Scottish fishing village project I hope to post about in the future. Some other parts of said project may be visible in the backgrounds of some of the gallery pictures. I shall look into shaders and other improvements for better quality pictures in the future.
I made the interior as detailed and true to real life as was possible given the dimensional constraits of the interior space. Making the windows to scale was really challenging and ultimately I ended up having to leave holes rather than use glass for most of the windows. Despite this I'm pretty happy with the end result. The ship has a working redstone horn and passenger safety announcement chime/jingle that can be activated from the bridge. I left the car deck largely empty to allow a good interior view.
You can access this build on CosmicX (formerly known as Paradise Network). Select the Creative Plots world and use the command /p visit Gorantaylis 4. The build should be directly ahead of you, although you may need to fly forward a little for it to render in. If I am able to get a schematic of this build from the server I will add it on here at a later date.

About the ship:
MV Lord of the Isles (Rìgh nan Eilean in Scottish Gaelic) is a passenger and vehicle ferry. Affectionately known as LOTI, she was launched in Glasgow in 1989. She is operated by Caledonian MacBrayne (CalMac for short) and is their most travelled vessel. Owing to her versatility and ability to berth at most ports on the CalMac network, she is used on a variety of routes and is often switched around seasonally and relied upon as a relief vessel. At present she is mainly located in Mallaig and serves the Mallaig to Lochboisdale route in the summer. LOTI has space for 56 cars and around 500 passengers.
CalMac operate a large fleet of ferries across the west coast of Scotland, connecting the Hebridean islands to each other and the mainland. They also have a smaller fleet operating services across the mouth of the River Clyde, just outside of Glasgow.
