I took some time to think about it, and finally decided to release the unfinished project.
Construction time is January 3, 2015 to April 16, 2016
The city is divided into the following sections:East area, North area, Midtown, Downtown(Has not yet begun to build), West area.

For many reasons, this city project is over, and I will not release the download link. But I have started a new city project, and I will build the new city with my team members in the future. （And I will copy some of the "qualified" buildings to the new city.）
