No no, you are right. "Insula" is a pretty simple feminine noun, so the plural nominative would be, "insulae" meaning that you are indeed correct. Islands of Death. Mortis, however, is a singular adjective, so it's clear that the creator either doesn't know latin, or simply used google translate.

As soon as I posted this i realized that that wasn't an adjective at all, and that would be the right ending for the possesive 3rd declension...
Turns out I am just very wrong.
Had fun geeking out about latin though!
