Taking around 4 hours to complete both structures, I worked on new spawns for the Hardcore Factions. The Overworld spawn was structured off of a compass, while the Nether spawn was giving a outpost/base look.
Hardcore Factions will consist of a gameplay that hardens the game. Not only will mobs get a boost, but it will be harder to survive. Only the best will make it to the top of the faction chain. This world is linked with the Quest world, meaning you can bring loot and ranks between the two.
