Then this is the spawn for you!

The spawn comes with 4 rooms. There is a rules room, ranks room, donator room, and an admin shop. The rules room has a few signs, and has premade rules. The ranks room has a background corresponding to each rank (dirt = 1st rank, gravel = 2nd rank, sand = 3rd rank, etc.). The donator room has three sections where you can put information about buying each donator rank (donator+, donator++, and donator+++). Finally there is a pre-made admin shop! You will need Chest Shop (iConomy), and a economy plugin (supported by Chest Shop) to use the admin shop. If you would like to use this spawn for your server, please leave the credit sign located in the ranks room. Any extra credit will be greatly appreciated.
