Level 54 : Grandmaster Architect

I had quite a bit of fun when I made this, and it wasn't that recent as it was around January or so that I finished it off but I'm sharing it now because I made this account yesterday and want to go through my builds with sharing them a little at a time. :) Then following that would be a little more steady uploads with less flood, eh?

As for the island... the purpose it held was originally just as the name may suggest - it was to be a natural harmonically peaceful place to relax and settle down with calmness. I just wanted to rest and this was the build which came of that. Peace, harmony, relaxation and rest, all mixed in a soothing little collection, just so I could calmly settle down and not worry too much, along with a friend, talking like usual. It, well, didn't get used for its purpose so it's there a little abandoned now, but perhaps one day it'll see use again. It's my favourite terrain I've made though (which is probably because of how long I spent on it), and the flower here also reappeared in "Nature At Large" but with completely different colours. :) A peaceful relaxing island fit for spending hours chatting away and wandering it calmly and happily. ^~^ Hopefully it's as nice to others as it felt to me to build it, but I don't know whether it will be as I just happened to be tied to it with a reason. :)

Now, to be honest, considering the diamonds and favourites this already has with it being my best performing submission I'm not sure whether changing the screenshots would even be wanted or good idea, but I definitely prefer how this looks like this so this is mostly for my own personal preference and hopefully that ends up being a good idea to others too. :o

Ah, I'm happy you're interested in it - thank you -, but I haven't posted this as downloadable here. I could update it with that but it would be a schematic anyway rather than a world, which may not be what you have in mind. Most of the build also has a lot of concrete powder and sand floating in the air so I do warn that it'd probably fall apart without mods to disable gravity. xD

This one probably took the longest out of the builds I've shared. :) Not because it's the best of them - it definitely isn't, even while it has the most diamonds of them -, but rather because it was where I was still trying to learn WorldEdit commands I could use to further my own style. It's the second-oldest build I've shared here. :) I have a lot of experience building by hand, but prior to this I barely had any with using commands as well, so yeah. ^~^ I appreciate you liking it. :)

The colours & shapes in this are so nice! I love the way you've got all this lovely flowing and dynamic feel to the build, its got such a nice sense of presence and ownership about it. I have no idea if i'm making sense but I love it!

o: When I made this I didn't for a moment expect it to turn out to be so well-liked; it was just something I wanted to relax in, so I made it to my own interests, thinking I could sit there, peacefully throughout the day while reading or doing coursework, perhaps, and so- I'm pleased it looks so nice to you. You're making sense. :) Since a "sense of presence and ownership about it" feels like you saw right through the intention there. I'm glad you like it. ^~^ Thank you. :)
