History
At the end of the 48,600s, the GACIAF administration began an expansive capital ship development program alongside the ongoing AFEMI initiative, with an intention to completely replace all capital ship classes in production within approximately 100 years, although officials such as Director Quintac and Kolpau pushed to aim for an ambitious six decade timeline. GACIAF leadership emphasized collaboration within the companies chosen for design contracts via Syvatii Unlimited and CEOSET, with the GACIAF Internal Security Office giving additional supervision on behalf of the Security Department. Ideally, a high level of communication between design teams would assist with building a range of capital ships intentionally constructed to work together, with each company knowing the capabilities and deficiencies of other ship types in development. The Sepzak-class was Kualin Stardrives' bid for GACIAF's light carrier, which would be placed in patrol groups and task forces alongside other small capital ships. Technical requirements included the ability to carry at least two wings of the administration's next-generation Xexon interceptor, which would be named the Caon-class; only approximate dimensions were available to the Kualin teams while the Sepzak-class was in development. The carrier was also expected to be able to function independently in some capacity, with sufficient durability and the weapon systems needed to take down or disable anything up to or smaller than a light frigate. In addition to these capabilities, a long list of specifications about the sensors, communications equipment, crew accommodations, and many standard systems was given to Kualin Stardrives when the company secured contracts. The Sepzak-class would begin official development in 48,686 ACT, with the initial units being completed in drydock at the Tuan Shipyard in 48,711 ACT. Delays in the ASTSI Program led to the Caon-class strike craft not being available for about three decades after the Sepzak-class carrier went into production, leading to all ships manufactured during that time carrying the older Teha-class, which limited the size of the Sepzak's complement.

As for the fighter complement- I just forgot to add them back in. I don't think they're very important for the build- I actually meant to take them out of all the ships, but I only did so to a few.
