I decided to have a good first go at WorldPainter, creating my own custom terrain. This was the result! I hope you like it!

The terrain is approximately 3200 x 3200 blocks, so it is very large in size. The map is 374MB uncompressed - that's an idea of size. Maybe I was a bit too ambitious? But it was fun to make anyway!

Resources are found at the same rates as vanilla Minecraft. The water level is at the default level and caves are generated normally (yet not piercing the ground surface - made it look ugly ingame!) It features custom biomes including:

• A large mountain range with custom pine tree sets
  
• Plains with custom tree sets
  
• Custom edited desert biome with sandy hills, an oasis and palm trees
  
• Custom swamps
  
• Very dense jungles with custom trees
  
• Savannah like biomes,
  
• Very long wide rivers
  
• More to explore!

PS. The outer edges underwater may look rather weird - if you decide to go out that far anyway.
