i found this historical New York building and i recreate it on my world with particular attencion to details, it was a great redevelopment and revamp of all the Heliopolis business district i start to destroy this plot where now there are historical buildings tath is possible to see in the presentacion , before this great project (1 months to redevelop and redisign all the business district of Heliopolis city) some boring skyscrapers very old and builded very fast a lot of years ago, so i decided to build something of historical adapted to the contest i choice for a New York historical context , in almost 2 weeks i complete the new plot of historical buildings with six new buildings 5 historical 1 in japanese modernist style , i plan to create services and commerce activity with shops boutique caffès and a police stacion all 100% with nice interiors, in particular this is a tall building with 100% ful interiors , at the first floor there are the reception with his fountain and a special floor design created by me with woods and trap doors
for the first 3 floor there are offices of a company , from the 3 floor to the last there are luxury apartments with a bedroom the toilets nearest room is the kitchen , at the roof there are a creepy attic with a lots of spiderwebs and chests , the building is located in the middle of Heliopolis business district
a detailed and very accurate business center with many project for the future .
