Here is my note block based first few measures of the Nirvana song Come As You Are.

Also attached are the plans I used to create it with the number of hits per note block to set the pitch and the delay count to set the tempo.

Here is a quick video of it playing. Sorry the video has some background sounds. I'll re-record it some time.
