I'm working with a few other Minecrafters on a recreation of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Originally I planned just to recreate the dungeons, but I had someone who saw the project volunteer to help out with command blocks and redstone to potentially remake the entire game in a working adventure map, so now that is the goal. I know there are a decent number of Zelda remakes out there but I'm making sure to avoid them until I've finished this so that everything is made purely from our creativity and the game itself for the most true representation we can get. Scaling is going to be set to using Kid Link as ~1.5 blocks tall an basing everything off of that. Inside the Deku Tree was built before this was decided however, so the scaling is a little bit smaller, though depending on how things go this may change in the future.
Additional Notes
As of right now, the inside of the Deku Tree is completed aesthetically, but will be reworked and potentially remade to set it up for an adventure map. Work on the outside of the Deku Tree has been started as well, with a teleport linking the two together. I began work on the Dodongo Caverns as well before we decided to remake the whole game, meaning I'd have to move it. It is only the first room, but if you want to check it out go to X:546, Y:70, and Z:463

3 Update Logs
Things have been slower since I've been working and been having trouble with PMC, but I still get a lot of building done on the weekends. I've built most of the exterior of Castle Town now, just need to get the back alley and the insides of the minigame buildings done still. I'm working on Hyrule Castle as well as the Zora River at the moment and I've got a friend helping out with Kakariko Village. I'm really happy with the way the temple turned out here and it is probably one of my favorite builds that I've done so far. The Lost Woods, Zora River, and Kakariko Village are all really cramped together so we're having to get pretty creative to fit them all together but I think it is working out pretty well.
