Part of an ongoing project called 'The Island' TBC.
Felt cute, built an oil rig over a guardian temple. The pillars of the oil rig bring up guardian drops which get item filtered inside the platform.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO GET THERE:
on the island you spawn on, take the boat to the main island. There should be a jetty and docking bay. On the island, follow the paths to the main house. In the main house, turn left, then go up the stairs to the first floor. On the first floor landing, right click on the enderpearl in the item frame, it'll open up a passageway. Go down the passageway, down the elevator. You'll find a nether portal at the bottom. Go in the portal, follow the path to the main nether hub, and follow the signs for NETHER TRANSPORTATION. There should be signs for the Oil Rig, take the mine cart and follow the signs, and you'll find the rig. Hope this helps!
