They do say that needed texture packs SHOULD NOT be added, because not everyone likes/can get those texture packs.

um i have provided a clear link to the download of the texture pack so everyone can get it and lots of people likes and have dokucraft already. it states in the rules that popular texture packs or known ones can be used.
