Berkley Projects is an apartment complex located in the district of Berkley in the Hispanic neighbourhood of Berkley Projects, in the city of Palimo. It is based off of some of the projects in New York City and comes with parking, garages, 2 basketball courts and a skate park. The two skyscrapers houses many residents and has a high crime rate because of the presence of the Hispanic street gang, known as El Fuego.
