Description:
Built from 1965 to 1985, the II-49d (II-49д) series is a 9 story Soviet panel house designed to replace the 5 story K-7 series. It was built en mass especially in Moscow and the Moscow region but also wide spread in major rapidly growing industrial cities such as Tolyatti city. The external panel facades are made with ceramic or glazed small-sized tile cladding, the majority of the houses came in white but some featured blue, green, pink or yellow.
There are 4 apartments per floor for each section. Entrances have one elevator. Additionally, there are garbage chutes with loading valves located on each floor. This series offers four types of apartments for residents:
