This is a replica of the original Penn Station in New York City. The station was built in 1910 and was one of the largest railway stations of it's time. It was built in neo classical style and featured 3 waiting rooms, a great train shed, a dining/lunch room and offices. The station was demolished in 1963 for the horrendus Madison Square Garden.

I would love to have this world so i can explore it, as I can't get MCEdit as my computer is too old to run it.

Also, do I have permission to use this in an animation?

Oh yeah sure, that would be extremely humbling to have my work used in something else, I suppose it would not hurt to put out the world save too. But keep in mind some rooms are unfinished.
